Singapore 2010 Friendship Camp

YOG Camp 8-12 Dec

Wow!! Did it have to end so fast, I wonder?? It was so far the closes I have been to a holiday sia!!

LOL.. I hope you have seen the video in the previous post coz I will give a brief idea of how fun the camp was...

HAha.. So ya.. I will just briefly go through what happened at the camp...


Day 1 (Tuesday)

Was not looking forwrd to it coz I did not know what was in stored for me and was actually just wanting to relax!! AND GET MY HOLIDAYS!!! LOL.. So reached there at like 11.15 am and SSS so big hor, then we don't know where to check in sia... then I was like.. Sian... LOL... Well, found that it was at the other end, so walked quite a lot le.. haha .. The the room, had to share with 4 people... LOL.. Best part was that they were all out then I dont know who sleeping which bed!! LOL.. But never mind.. Managed to find it in the end.. Here is the neat bed bofore it turns into a messy and untidy one... hahaha...

Day 2 (Wednesday)

Hm... It was a fun day bah.. We were like spamming french, like a joke lor.. LOL.. Then tried out tchoukball!!! Haha.. We own everybody sia :D hehe.. But got injured... and stung by a bee coz I dont know what insect then whack it.. It managed to stung me, but not deep enough..
treated it before it spread... so I am lucky :D Thank God then :D haha..

Then had some workshop on how we athletes must balance studies, personal and sports. Got bored.. LOL... Some pictures bah...

So I think that is more or so, the second day.. Fun and thrilling day, getting injured and stung yet having so much fun.. LOL...

Day 3 ( Thursday)

Hm... At least today got no sports exploration so it means I won't get sung by another bee... LOL.. But I started this day very early sia..I was woken up at 5.30 am and asked to go jogging.. Actually, It was kind of planned le.. LOL..

I wake up, Abolo opens the door. Outside is Samuel...Soufaine and Keith still want to sleep..

Sam: Hey, Come on. It is 5.30 already...

Me.. It is?? Give me a second... (Said that with eyes half opened, and hair in a mess.. LOL)

I got disturb of my beauty sleep..LOL.. Then managed to make Keith go jog with us.. But Soufaine refused too..And should have taken a video man!! It was a joke!! LOL..

Jogged about 6 rounds then we decided to go get a drink, then we relaxed in the dining hall for half an hour then we went up and shower... So that means I got exercise le, fitness test maybe not so bad le :D Haha.. So at least I got train a bit, what 6 rounds can't really save you leh.. Haha

Then we finally when out of Sports School for once!! Finally!! But go to Marina Barrage and Little India And Kampong Glam... Sigh.. I sian le.. All not new to me..Or all got reason to not go...

Marina Barrage: Class Outing there also, and it is next week... Must go ah?? *Sian* Going to the same place twice.. :(

Haha.. I the end I still had to follow, right?? LOL... But at least it was going to be my first time there... Cool.. Haha.. Pictures taken there...

Then we took a journey to Little India.. LOL.. Showing you what happened on the bus...

As you can see, Tarek is lying down.. And SLEEPING!! LOL... But at the same time, do look closely and see that he is not lying down on the chair..... It is lying on me!! LOL.. I was sleeping too!! Wahahha.... We were like jokers lah... LOL... But we were really tired lah... Can't blame us.. :P

LOL..then Go subway!! Best.. LOL.. then we go Kampong Glam... The Picture up there is actually at Kampong Glam :D

Hehe..Then we went back and go play basketball..I decline the chance to play soccer and go play basketball with my group members..Hm.. Wonder if I should have done it?? Coz that means I got height disadvantage sia.. :( So short.. :( LOL.. Then after that, we went to have our second Session with Chat with Champions.... This time, it was Michael Klim who came...

LOL... Thinking of that session, it was quite funny coz many people when to ask dumb questions like "What is your favourite food?" then ask him to do many funny stuff like show of his body and stuff.. LOL.. I was like joking!! HAHAHA!!!

LOL.. Then that night, we also order MacDonalds in Sports School despite being told that it was not allowed.... LOl..It was one of the most stressful times during that camp coz I lost my keys that night to, and could not go up and get my money!! Then Abolo, Keith, Soufaine, Samuel all were in some room calling their parents so you could not collect the money from them... So I was already super stressed up that I lost my keys to my room then if you lost the keys, you got to pay $50... unfortunately I did not bring that much, and I too had also orde r Mac!! Best part, Mac is so expensive when it is Mac Delivery!! :( My pocket tio burned sia... Sigh.. Well.... I shall try better explain this with the whole story...

Hm... It was after Chatting with Champions, and we were going back to the Dining hall for our night debrief then like that, can go back and sleep.. (My foot lah) LOL... But on the way there, we were fooling around and my chain broke into two, in the process, my keys drop somewhere coz I only found out that my keys were lost when we reached the Dining Hall... So I was like GG!!! Then I tried finding it, but my efforts were in vain... :( Then I super stressed up coz I gotta pay $50 like that, meaning, my pocket gets burned even more!! Sigh..then Because I also never bring enough money!! I was in one of my most stressful moments coz circumstances are going against me!! Then I had to run from one end to another to get the Mac into our rooms.. Or into the next door's room... LOL... It was not easy to hide the Mac coz Sports School got a lot of camera sia.. I had to plan super well.. But my school bag always does the trick :D Wahaha... Then we enjoyed our Macdonalds, then when to look for my keys.. But it was in vain.. Sigh..

Then was chatting to Hong Xia at night lor.. Actually chatting with her throughout whole camp... LOL.. So she should know that I was super stressed... LOL.. Then I ask her to pry with me lor.. Guess wat!! Something amazing happen... She dream that I would find my key, and I too dream I would find my keys and indeed, my keys were returned to me... HAha.... God is amazingly!! GOD is Faithful.... And opps... That reminds me, I owe her a drink.. GG...

Hm..then Day 4[Friday]

We went to OBS.. LOL.. Was kind of reluctant coz I have been going to so many different camp that do high elements!! Well, but OBS obstacles are challenging, or I actually attempted the most challenging one coz nobody want to do... So I did it with Samuel... I don't know how to get the super funny video the YOG people go take but it was a joke...

You see this course, it might look easy for some of you, but it was super difficult for me as the gap between the logs grew wider and wider then I so short then can't climb up alone lah.. Lucky got Samuel who is tall, so we tag team then managed to climb up together.. And it truly reflects the purpose of the camp lah..to build friendship, and friends help each other :D Hahah.. Thankfully.. Well, it was a joke to see us climb, amazing teamwork though.. :D One short and the other tall do compliment each other quite well.. :D LOL...hm.. photo of us reaching the top :D

Haha... We were a all boys team... Leave the girls to the other boat..SO of course we own lah.. It was super funny on the boat, we were suppose to find out the names of the boat around the area, and were very quick in doing so... :D But Soufaine was always out of timing with us so very funny lah.. LOL..

Hm.. That was about it for the 4th day.. Ya.. I think so... Oh ya, Tarek went to order Mac AGAIN!! And guess wat.. Without help, h failed and got caught!! LOL... Joke lah.. So this proves, you need teamwork!! And teamwork is important!! :D

My night ended very early that day coz I was shagged.. Totally.. Everyone was...

Day 5!! Last day!! :( [Saturday]

The next day, the morning was sports exploration!! Badminton for me.. Though I know how to play badminton!! LOL.. some kind of sports exploration for me then.. -_-" and don't ask me how I tio badminton... I was asked what sports you might wanna do.. then i give 5 not in order and I appeared in badminton...!! Wat the bleah... Never, So I was owning people lah.. Or kind of bah.. :D Bad part was that I sprained my ankle then also!! GG.. Fitness test coming soon then like that!! GG.. Then in the afternoon was some enviromental stuff!! Go clear the forest!! Wat the!! Then we all got cuts there... LOL..then you see they bully me.. After the thing, they threw their gloves at me.. :( Pic!!

Got video of me also..they flim me when the people say put the thing in the trash bag they gave us a the beginning, which I kinda of lost it!! Luckily got spare if not I would have walked back like that!! :( LOL...

Then after that it was the closing ceremony... Saw Nicholas!! LOL.. He helping out, serve me.. LOL..Wierd feeling... I very sad that the camp had to end actaull..Coz we were reall having a lot of fun.. Sigh... Well, I will show u one picture.... (I got a head spinning now, don't want to blog to much yet want to finish this post!!)

See the amount of stalls.. LOL.. All the local delights :D I am back home.. Eat back what I usually eat.. LOL.. I was the only one on the table we ate everything coz I knew everything :D LOL... Then Nicholas was on the second level.. See us eat.. Aww..So sad.. :( LOL...

So that was kinda of all bah.. Then 5 days journey.. And fun-filled camp.. I left them all on Saturday night.. Going home and returning back to my buys schedule.. :( Sigh...
